Chuck’s service was very professional, personal and geared to our exact needs. He was very caring. He put all our different options in writing, and took time to carefully explain everything, including costs, which are very reasonable. No hard sell at all. Kathleen Dalheim69 days agoBrought my laptop that had windows 10. I had a feeling it could not be brought up to 11. Chuck ckd it out and Yes confirmed I needed to upgrade to a new laptop. Everything went well, Chuck explained everthing I needed went over suggestions, he ordered a new one and copied everything over onto new one. Backed up my programs. From start to finish Chuck was professional, honest, helpful, and upfront about every aspect of what we needed to do regarding our computer. He answered all of our questions and spent a good chunk of time going over all the necessary aspects of our new device, along with a printout of these things for our reference. Wendy Heffer254 days agoFabulous service! About five years ago I purchased a new laptop from Chuck. He determined what I needed and what I didn’t need and made a recommendation based on that. Never tried to upsell me. They transferred all my data efficiently from my old laptop to the new one—good to go. Recently the Libre program wouldn’t launch. I called and he said bring it in. In a couple days he had reinstalled the program and safely captured all my documents and installed a virus protection that I needed. I told him I was thinking about getting a new laptop and he said, “Why? This one is up to date so no need to spend the money.” Great service and an honest assessment. Rob John1375 days agoMy wife accidentally opened a phishing email and was worried about her laptop being infected with malware. We immediately ran our antivirus but it did not find any negative results. She then took it to Learn All Things Digital for a second opinion. Chuck quickly determined because the scam was looking for information and none was provided that there was no harm. Chuck was honest and provided his evaluation in a very timely manner. Eileen Kaiser2223 days agoI heartily recommend Chuck and Learn All Things Digital. As a senior citizen with very few computer-literate family members nearby, I have to depend on someone to help me out with computers. I had a problem last week with computer freezing up I think caused by a large Microsoft download, and he was able to 'unfreeze' it and get it up and running -- all at a very reasonable cost.
