Q. Why do you open later on some days?
Some mornings we provide In Home Service so we open later those days. If you need In Home Service you can book an appointment here.

Q. Can my PC or Apple computer/laptop be upgraded?
It depends, yes and no… Exchanging spinning hard drives for SSD (Solid State Drive) will add a big speed improvement along with adding more RAM. Sometimes the best option is to purchase a new computer, but we can help you with the best decision based on your particular situation.

Q. How does your warranty plan work?
We offer a 7 day warranty on Service, and 60-90 day warranty for many of the products we sell, but see the description of the warranty on your receipt. Our warranty covers our parts and workmanship.
