Computers: New custom computers made by Learn All Things Digital come with a 1-year in-store parts and labor warranty. Extra warranty years can be purchased and you will need to bring the device to the shop: On-site service is not included.
Hardware: Hardware repairs and parts installed by Learn All Things Digital are covered by a 90-day hardware warranty. Hardware sold over the counter and/or installed by the customer is warrantied for 30 days. We cannot warranty memory, hard drives, motherboards or processors unless installed by Learn All Things Digital. We are not responsible for compatibility issues of parts on self-installs.
Software: Software labor is covered under a 48-hour customer satisfaction guarantee. Any issues must be brought to our attention with the specified time frame. Virus Removals: Standard virus removals come with a 1-week re-infection guarantee. Any issues must be brought to our attention within the specified time frame.
Refurbished & Final Sale Items: Any refurbished/used or final sale items are sold “as-is", and are not warrantied or returnable unless otherwise stated.
Returns: Unopened items may be returned within 7 days for a full refund with the original receipt. Store credit will be issued for unopened items returned with the 7-day period without receipt. Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and may be refused due to the condition of the product. Opened and/or installed software is no-refundable. Special order parts must be paid in advance and are not refundable.
Abandoned Computers: Computers that have been diagnosed or otherwise worked on and have not picked up for a period of 30 days are considered abandoned and may be recycled at our discretion. Payment Terms: Payment must be received at time of services unless otherwise specified.
